Suffolk New College’s Centre for Equality and Diversity is your regional centre of expertise and source of advice and assistance for all matters to do with equality and diversity.

Equality is about making sure everyone has an equal chance to benefit from training or work opportunities. Diversity is about recognising, valuing and accommodating a full range of individuals.

Equality is not just fair and right but, increasingly, a legal requirement. The same is true of diversity. And both will benefit your bottom line..
